How It Works
Designed for repeatable, spoken checkpoints.
- Announcements in the foreground use the system voice directly.
- When background announcements are enabled, the app keeps an active audio session so scheduled speech can continue after you minimize the app or lock the device.
- If you force-quit the app from the app switcher, background spoken announcements stop and only the local notification remains.
- Background announcements can increase battery usage.
